Spring Semester 2012


Basic Level:  Wednesdays 6-7pm.  
For anyone who is willing to keep an open mind.  Focus will be placed on the proper execution of postures and principles essential to EaseNow Yoga.

Intermediate Vinyasa Flow:  
Wednesdays 9-10am.     
This class is for students with some background in vinyasa/power yoga.  

All Levels Astanga:  Fridays 10am-11am.  
These classes are for any level practitioner.  The Astanga Yoga system is the foundation of the yoga taught at EaseNow. An Astanga class includes predictable sequencing, focus on flow (vinyasa), and working toward full expression of postures with proper execution of breath and timing.  
 

Astanga Primary Series:  4th Monday of each month (exception:  the March class is April 2). Noon - 1:30pm.
Yoga Chikitsa, the Sanskrit title for this series, means yoga therapy.  It is a series of poses that when done regularly can cure ailments and purify the physical body to make you ready for deeper yogic practice - physically, mentally and spiritually.  Participation in this class requires basic knowledge of the Astanga practice and a willingness to keep an open mind.  

Guided Meditation:  Fridays 11am (beginning January 13)
In as little as a 10 minute session, meditation can bring about dramatic effects.  Join us to explore the effects meditation has on your life.  Recordings will be used to guide us.  No charge for current students or drop-ins to the preceding asana class.

Policies and Dates Spring Semester 2012:

Dates:  The semester runs January 4 through the last week of May.  There will be 19 weeks of classes.  There are no classes the last 2 weeks of March  (Join us on the retreat!and 1 week TBA. 

If you need to miss a class:   You can make arrangements ahead of time only (at least 24 hours) to make it up another day within the current semester. 

Drop-Ins:  Drop-In participation is on a space available basis (max 9 people in each class).  Students registered for the class are assured a spot.    If you want to ensure a drop-in space, sign up for individual classes online, by email or by phoning 603-781-6184 ahead of time.

Guided Meditation is free for current students or drop-ins to the preceding asana class.   $5 for all others.

New Students:  Attend the first two classes of the semester FREE.  You will then have the option to continue the semester with a reduced registration fee.   Please register for the free classes to guarantee your spot.
