Spring Semester 2012 For anyone who is willing to keep an open mind. Focus will be placed on the proper execution of postures and principles essential to EaseNow Yoga. Intermediate Vinyasa Flow: Wednesdays 9-10am. This class is for students with some background in vinyasa/power yoga. All Levels Astanga: Fridays 10am-11am. These classes are for any level practitioner. The Astanga Yoga system is the foundation of the yoga taught at EaseNow. An Astanga class includes predictable sequencing, focus on flow (vinyasa), and working toward full expression of postures with proper execution of breath and timing. Astanga Primary Series: 4th Monday of each month (exception: the March class is April 2). Noon - 1:30pm. Guided Meditation: Fridays 11am (beginning January 13) |
