CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

  • Clients canceling less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged 60% of the full, un-discounted price for the scheduled massage service. 
  • No show/no call clients will be charged for the full, un-discounted price of the massage session. Payment will need to be made prior to any further massage sessions. 

  • If you need to make a change to your scheduled massage session on the day of your appointment, such as moving the appointment, a fee may be applied due to limited availability. Multiple services (of 2 or more) require 48 hours cancellation notice.

  • Appointments booked less than 24 hours before of the actual appointment cannot be canceled and are charged at the full, un-discounted amount of the scheduled massage service.
