What to Bring:
This style of yoga is vigorous. You will most likely work up a sweat during class so you may want to
bring a towel. If you own a yoga mat, please bring it to class. There are a limited number of mats to borrow.   You may want to bring a water bottle for after class.

What to Wear:  Wear light, comfortable clothing for practice.  Avoid large t-shirts and very loose clothing.  You may want to bring a sweatshirt of long-sleeve shirt to wear at the end of class as you are cooling down.  This style of yoga is practiced barefoot.

New Mats:  Almost all mats are slippery when you first use them. After you have used your mat a few times, it should feel less slippery. Try walking on it with your bare feet at home. You can also machine wash it and let it drip dry. If none of these tips help, you may need to buy a better mat.

Snow Cancellations: If the Oyster River School District has canceled school, all classes that day are canceled.  If they have delayed school, only morning classes are canceled.  (Use WMUR's web site to see the ORSD status.)  Whenever possible, I will announce cancelations on the voicemail message at 603-781-6184 and list them on the online calendar, however, please keep in mind that inclement weather in Lee often means limited or no internet or phone access.

If you need to miss a class:   You can make arrangements ahead of time only (at least 24 hours) to make it up another day within the current semester.

Arrival Time:  Classes begin promptly.  Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class is scheduled to start.   You are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes ahead of time.

Late Arrivals:  Please wait until any quiet, centering is finished before entering the classroom.

Drop-Ins:  Drop-In participation is on a space available basis (max 9 people in each class).  Students registered for the class are assured a spot.    Students can reserve a space online, by email or phoning 603-781-6184 ahead of time.
